The sales collateral, along with the advertising campaign, showed users enjoying an active lifestyle, emphasized Permobil’s “customization abilities,” and their quality standard equaled by no other in the industry. Ncutt tracked the metrics and found sales had increased by 35% in one year.

COLLATERA

One Music produced a massive stock music library with a large range of music genres. Ncutt created the first of several hundred CD packages, managing them from design through print production. The jewel case back was designed to easily assist a producer in selecting the right mood and tempo. Then, the client trusted Ncutt’s expertise to setup an in-house art department for the continuation of production.

Assuming they stop, you gain an additional seven seconds to convince them that your product above all others is worthy of purchasing. TRADESHOW EXHIBIT DESIGN

Ncutt developed an Attention Driven floor plan to direct tradeshow patrons as they walked through the Bridgestone booth. Bridgestone and Firestone’s ad campaigns were used to draw patrons into the tradeshow booth and were used for brand message consistency. Products were displayed with signs showing feature call-outs and its benefit. Keeping in mind primary and secondary focal points along a path creates an experience for potential buyers which helps to develop a relationship with the brand. Tradeshow exhibit design matters.

eBooks Are On The Rise

Book publishing is more accessible with print-on-demand and eBook apps.
eBooks are on the rise and inspire kids to read more. Kids actually manage to pack a total of 10 hours and 45 minutes worth of media content into theaverage 7½ hours they spend using entertainment media by ‘media multitasking’ (using more than one medium at a time)(Kaiser).

R. W. Schambach, minister and renowned author knows the value of a well designed publication to increase book sales. Ncutt created dozens of R. W. Schambach’s book covers. You may not be able to “judge a book by its cover,” but you sure can sell a many with great designs!

Change can happen by pushing-the-envelope with logo design. In one case during a joint venture, two companies were presented multiple ideas and unfortunately, due to strict logo guideline rules, the favorite concept was not allowed. However in another case, during a design presentation, Ncutt slipped in one edgy graphic among other compliant options, and Fruit-of-the-Loom ran through the legal gamut to allow the revised logo design to be used. It can pay to push the envelope.

EVENT PROMOTION COLLATERAL

Fruit-Of-The-Loom was the primary sponsor of the CountryFest live concert – a major event. The Ncutt creative agency worked between the artists’ management groups and Fruit-Of-The-Loom, assisting the event producer to oversee all promotional collateral. Ncutt designed the corporate sponsor programming presentation, artist sponsorship packages, solicitation materials for venue sponsors, event advertising, show tickets, and followup commemorative gifts. The Fruit TV digital on-screen icon (logo bug) was placed at corner of the jumbotrons at the festival.

Custom looking typography is readily available for quick purchase – photography as well, but how “original” is that? Even if you do purchase a typeface to do-it-yourself, it’s not so easy to compile digital letterforms with a flawless appearance. Color Attracts Attention

Using the psychology of color and unique color schemes to brand your product will draw attention on a crowded shelf. There are no bad or good colors, each have positive and negative effects depending on the context in which they are used. Red can mean strong and passionate, but dangerous and aggressive; and green is tranquil and relaxing, though greedy and jealous. But fear not the meaning of colors, a good designer can use them wisely to position the importance of information and its intended effect.

PRODUCT CAMPAIGN

Ncutt created a radically different campaign for Bridgestone (the world’s largest rubber manufacturer), “Changing the Way You Think About Truck Tires” that focused on product. Starting with teaser ads, the three new tires were unveiled as sexy and red, the trucking industry was awakened. The following colorful product campaign included educational details about each tire, which attracted attention and translated into strong sales. Ncutt was asked to continue the campaign promoting more tires, more colors and the results were more sales. Color attracts attention, especially when you least expect it.
